The picture on the right shall serve in trying to line out what exactly it is about male hairiness that I like. It is particularly the dark, hairy arms of males that catch my attention. Especially if they are wearing a metal wristwatch ... The example on the right is not that nice a specimen, since he is already middle-aged, and also seems to have somewhat weak arm muscles. (By which I certainly do not imply that I like those overkill steroid-packed arm musculatures that some men with too low self-esteem maintain.) All other body parts are only secondary to a pair of nice, hairy arms. But a hairy chest isn't bad, either ... not bad at all ... And I only think it's cute if they've got hair all over the place. All my close encounters with the opposite sex so far have actually been with hairy guys. One reason is perhaps that I like Middle Eastern and Balkanic men more than representatives of any other geographical regions, and hairiness is slightly more common among those groups of people.
